The building was designed as an office building - Research and Development Center of the Łęgprzem company in order to implement innovative solutions for the construction industry. The simple form of the building is subordinated to the main function of the building. A classic facade division has been designed, with large square window openings. The facade is universal and timeless. An innovative self-cleaning facade plaster was used, coinciding with the idea of the building.
